Took 15 minutes for our server to just get a drink order. The place was dirty. Ordered a medium rare steak. It was well done. Girlfriends food was cold. Never going back.
Carpet covered in food spills. Almost left but we were tired and hungry. Wementioned to our server it seemed dirty and she said ya I know! Food was good. Server was nice. Our napkins wrapped around silverware were wet! Will not go back to THIS Applebees. Need better management for sure!!! Busboy didn't seem interested in cleaning up food spills
Very nice place to eat took hubby there for his birthday and they were very kind and courteous to us... Enjoyed it very much.. Nice an clean also
My family and I walked in last week (labor day weekend) and waited almost 10 minutes for a table even though they were dead (only 8 tables were full). Took forever for our server to bring our drinks and when she did she didn't use a server tray... She carried 2 wrapped in one arm, under her hair... and the 2 children's cups were stacked on top of one another. There were 6 of us in our group and she had to go back and get the other 2 drinks that she left behind... but for some reason it took her 5 minutes. My glass was dirty and when she took our order she plopped her butt right down next to me in the corner booth to take our orders. Waited a hour for our food, which was cold when we got it. Had to go to the bar to get our silverware... the gentleman working the bar was very polite. We had to track our server down to get our bill 20 minutes after we were done eating. The manager didn't seem very concerned because she was wiping trash off tables into the floor and leaving it there. Nothing was to code and the restaurant was very dirty. We paid our bill and tipped our server, but we will not be back. Poorly managed and by far the worst service we have ever received. Gross!
Our group of 6 friends enjoyed our time eating a late super together tonight. Service was outstanding with our food arriving quickly. Our wonderful server kept our drinks filled. The sweet potato fries were exceptional tonight as was my burger. No food was left on anyone's plates. Yummy!!
