Took car for repair at Service Department. Staff greeted me warmly. Mechanic was Dave. He made recommendations for my next visit which were helpful and much appreciated. He also explained how long the repair would take so I would be prepared when I brought it back in.
I am very pleased with the customer service of everyone I encountered. Very friendly and professional staff. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal. I didn’t feel pressured to buy in any way. My Sales Associate was Joseph Biermann. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me every step of the way. Even took more time the next day to help me understand all the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. I’m appreciative of a great experience with this dealership!!
My 2016 Mustang broke down on our way down to Alabama for vacation. We got to the dealer around 7:10am, and despite the fact that they did not open until 8am, one of the salesmen let us in. He found the service manager and they were working on the car by 7:30. After repairing the throttle body at no cost (a recall issue for that car) we were back on the road by 8:15. Thanks for the outstanding service!
