They'll treat you right if you just give them a chance.
I will not buy any Mercedes from them again and will never recommend any of my friends to buy Mercedes in Marion.
Have purchased two vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Marion since their Grand Opening event in 2013 and have experienced absolutely the best sales and service team imaginable. Have been able to establish a relationship of trust and service on a "first name" basis that was not possible with the St. Louis and Evansville markets.
I would rate ZERO if I can. I have my clk350 fixed this morning @9am, and they promised to drop my car@4:50pm in Carbondale. Guess what happened, an hour after 4:50pm, a guy showed up and try to bring me to Marion. I have a two month old boy waiting for me at home, hungry and crying for food! How cruel are they! They can't keep their promise and lied to me twice about drop my car in Carbondale so they can get paid earlier!
