Had small fender bender. Repairs were unacceptable. One piece still had a nick/scratch in it and the bumper appears to be missing a clip so it's no longer properly secured. With such a small area of the car damaged I find it extremely difficult to believe that they didn't see these issues since it only took me five seconds to recognize them. Also, now the horn doesn't work.... I'm extremely disappointed. The customer service beforehand and during the repairs was excellent. Unfortunately the repairs were poorly handled. I no longer trust this dealership and will be having another body shop fix the remaining issues.
This is the BEST Chevy/GMC anywhere. We started our journey in Alaska and have been through many dealerships from the southeast to Texas and South Illinois. Out of the 10 dealerships we have been to, this is the crown of dealerships. From the service advisors to the sales and everywhere in between. Denise is the best at getting you what you need at a price you can afford, treats you like family. Judd, sorry you left, was like a giant teddy bear and always smiling. Now Ryan has the position of making you feel like your more than a number. If your ever in the Marion,IL area, stop in for all your service needs. You will NOT be dissatisfied. I didn't recieve any free services for this review, just want everyone to know what a real dealership is like.

Brought in my 2500hd that had transmission problems. The ladies at the front were very attentive and got paperwork ready and got a technician to look at the truck. They found the problem and let me know. Got it fixed and was back on the road within 3 hours. It was a tcm module and had part in stock.
