They weren’t helpful at all.

I took my lab to them for a surgery that I was quoted would cost between $700-$1,000. But I was not informed I would have to bring her back to them about once a week for three months for bandage changes, which ended up costing us about $800 more for the weekly appointments. All of that would have been fine if we didn't end up with a dog with an open wound that we have been told by them will never heal. We went to our last appointment and Dr. Kane basically said my dogs leg is never going to heal and we will forever have to keep a bandage on it and always be on the look out for an infection. She is never aloud to get into water, (did I mention she is a lab) because of the wound and likelihood of an infection. We were also told by Dr. Kane that if this was her dog she wouldn't have had the surgery which she said she told us at the beginning, which is a complete lie. It's one thing to be honest that things didn't go as planned and now we're left with no options, but it's another to lie and put the blame off on the family to cover your own ass. I love my dog and the service and professionalism that we received over the course of three months with them was pathetic. If you love your pet I would strongly advise not going to them ever!

If you love your furbaby like I love mine you will find it in your heart to make sure that they get the TLC that is offered here. They are superb when it comes to care.

The staff was so friendly! The Dr was extremely helpful. We took 2 puppies and a kitten in a single visit and it went great. Highly recommended :)

Purchased a puppy for my family only to find out the next day it had Parvo, she was so sick I didn't think she would make it. I called Central hospital for animals and they told me to bring her right in. They gave me different treatment options to choose from, so I could pick what was best financially at that moment. They spent so much time answering all my millions of questions, and planning out a treatment plan for our baby pup. I'm so happy to say that she is doing great and still recovering, if it wasn't for dr. Colin and the amazing staff, I know she wouldn't be here with us today. I can't say enough, just genuinely caring amazing staff.
