They were awesome to work with. I went to several places before them and not one was willing to throw in a pillow or mattress protector anything. They were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I am loving my new bed thanks guys. I recommend everyone go and see them first. Plus you would be supporting the little guys since they are a mom and pop shop. Extremely low pressure sales lady, very knowledgeable and nice. The mattress we wanted was almost $300 less than I was expecting, with free delivery, setup, and removal of our old mattress. Highly, highly, recommend. We will be back when we're ready for a new one. :)
