I left without purchasing.. I'm so disappointed that I was unable to buy Premier on sale today.. I'm new to Sam's.. But I bought three in middle of June.. I drove 40 miles to the Sam's in Marion.. To buy more.. And was very happy to see it on sale again.. But it was actually STILL on sale.. But went to checkout.. And came up regular price... My husband and I were so Unhappy.. Left with nothing.. He says he isn't coming back.. But I might. You should change policy.. To at least.. Per visit.. Something...

Nice store. Well stocked. Customer service is great. If you have any issues, the staff is quick to try and help.
Always a great selection on bulk food items and priced fairly. Laid out the same as the other Sam's I've been to. I was really disappointed in the customer service. The cashier was very rude she didn't smile nor greet me or thank me. Her manager or supervisor or shift leader (not sure since titles vary at each business) was also rude and didn't smile or speak to us when she came over to assist the cashier. I don't necessarily need someone to constantly smile at me but I do expect to be greeted and thanked since you can spend a pretty penny at Sam's. Some employees need customer service training and or refresher courses. This makes me want to shop elsewhere.
