Good work. Easy to get things when wanting something they dont have. Drivers are quick and they install and set up unlike other companys i went through. Good customer service and awesome crew. Keep it up guys
First time dealing with rent one and its been a great experience
Ordered a couch set from here, and before they took it off the truck I noticed that it was all scratched up. I told them not to even take it off the truck because I refuse to pay for something that's damaged. Then they pulled the tables down and they were scratched up also. I Called the reps at the store and was assured that in 8 weeks I'd have a new set at my house. Unfortunately it's been more than 8 weeks and I haven't received an update, and I also haven't received my new furniture. I will never use rent one again..
