I have had nothing but problems out of these people. I have to work and my husband has to go to therapy. And I spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday talked to 7 people and I called today to confirm his ride and wouldn't you know it they had no clue they were supposed to come get him and this all happened after they lost him. Come to find out they had left him sitting outside Walmart for over an hour and a half waiting on the next bus to bring him home.
And my husband has had a traumatic brain injury I don't think he should be left outside anywhere by his self that long. Very disappointed in there quality of care.
1st time I have had to use their services. I had to schedule my mom rides to her dr appointments this coming week. They helped so much in coordinating their schedule with her required pick up times in order to arrive on time. Though she may have to wait a little for her return pick up, they are a big help.

very nice and really helpful people. BUT i had to cancel my ride because of i was trying to get hold in the other place in Carbondale but they did not answer their phone. I am so sorry i would like to support you but i don't want to stuck in Carbondale.
Driver in bus # H-20 cut me off at Skyline, coming onto Rt 13 at 6:30 this morning. He blew through a red light, then swerved into next lane that I was moving into to avoid hitting him. Terrible driver.
