I’ve used this location 2 different times and both times I’ve found the customer service to be absolutely amazing. Everyone in there is super friendly and accommodating and actually seem to take pride in the customer experience.
Very good people to work with at the Marion location. They were friendly and courteous and very professional. The only drawback in my experience is the limited parking available at the new location. They will definitely be getting more of my business in the future.

Hope this doesn't post twice but in short (for the first time ) felt I was highly pressured to take the company's add on insurance. Called my agent and got loss of use coverage for a total of 3.00 while Enterprise wanted to charge 13.99 per day. Will rent again but will avoid the rep I dealt with for this last rental.
