The new owners of this facility have completely turned it around. Since the new owners everything has gone great. There are renovations all over the facility and customer service is great. They said they plan on installing an electronic gate in the future to up the security of the facility and already have surveillance cameras. I defiantly recommend this facility!!!
Great rental experience. The units are clean, spacious and the management is very helpful.
The manager of these storage units is incompetent. If there were a negative rating I would choose a negative number. The book keeping and managerial skills is not what you would expect in the 21 st century. The level of customer service is well below par. They have caused a significant amount of frustration. I highly recommend searching for another storage unit.
