To end this I would like disorderly conduct charges against the arresting office and agent involved as I was alarmed by their conduct in the video. Since that's all it seems to take in this town I'll expect the newspaper to carry news of them being charged.
Marion police are poorly educated and violators of civil rights. Officers recently arrested photographers for protected 1st Amendment activity. You are oath breakers and a disgrace to real peace officers.

Another corrupt police department - hopefully the mayor takes action with these idiots wearing badges. If you travel to Marion and take pictures expect to be charged with a false crime. Now you wonder why you have negative publicity
Search up a recent youtube video about this police department. You'll see them violating constitutional rights granted by the 1st amendment regarding the ability to record and photograph what public officials do on public property. Knowingly filing false charges as this sergeant does should be criminal. If this is a supervisory officer over other patrolmen I'd hate to see what other leaders are like. All the citizens of Marion will end up monetarily paying for this as the Police department either settles this rights violation or is sued because of it.
