Hired to move my office. Knew by the way they started loading truck they did not know what they were doing. Broken lamp, dented file cabinet, dent in storage cabinet. Ruined desk as it now sits on floor because they tore or lost the feet that set it up off floor. They were in big hurry to leave because probably put boxes of books on boxes labeled fragile or knick knacks. I moved my office 3 times and had Davies move it last and NEVER dented file cabinet, broke lamp or dented storage cabinet.
They did a great job nice and friendly I would definitely use their movers again.
Movers did a great job! They were quick and efficient.
Rates seem high, $97/hr 4hr minimum. Movers did a good job, were friendly, and hard working. Unfortunately, they tried to be too helpful by moving an aquarium which was not boxed up. Of course it was broken. I understand that accidents happen, but when they do management should support employees by accepting responsibility. Not so with Muscle Relocation they don't care about the employee actions, just say items were not properly boxed, therefore company is not responsible.
