Awesome service! After a series of unfortunate events I locked my only key in my car. Tim came out and got me back in my car in just a few minutes, paperwork included. He was a great guy and really knew his stuff.
Doug helped me out in an emergency needed and was able to make keys for my car without a original key.
There's a lot of people in this business that make this service a living hell and there's only a few like Doug that are as nice, well priced, and really good at what they do.

As a previous key maker I was surprised how fast he was able to program the keys to my car as well. He even hoped that I found my keys prior to the service.
3 weeks ago I locked my keys in the car and called these guys. Within 15 minutes they had one of their field techs working it. As he was working on it, part of my interior door handle cracked (part error, part cheap manufacturing). However, the field tech was incredibly helpful after he got it open he didn't charge me, he bought a genuine replacement, and together we installed it within a week. With any job/service accidents happen but its the way the you handle them that makes the difference. These are the guys you want to call if you want someone stand by their work.

Great place, great people & very fair pricing. I had a messed up lock on my car. They tried everything they could to repair it before ordering & rebuilding the lock cylinder to fit my key. Very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Doug is a great guy
