Staff is friendly. I get my cothes back the way I asked.
They were able to get adhesive out of my shirt that a name tag left after being caught in the rain. The name tag's adhesive basically kind of melted and totally covered a 5" x 5" area of material on the chest. Also, it was on a very difficult material to work with without damaging it. Now it looks as good as it did the day I got the shirt as a present! No one else could get it out, and Fox's didn't even charge hardly anything even though I insisted on paying more for saving the shirt. Super friendly and very honest people to work with.
