Employees inside the store are very friendly & helpful, but if you have something to pickup at any of the gates there is not nearly enough help & it takes forever!
Menards is not what it used to be customer service is not what it used to be some of their employees are very rude once I finished spending my Menards bucks I will have no need to go in patronize the store
I had my handicapped mother with me today...I asked an enployee to reach a light for me. He saw I had no cart & offered to get a cart & take it to the register for me. Very sweet & cordial. Might not be a big deal...but it was to me. Went back to the kitchen cabinets & another sweet & helpful younger guy helped us. He took his time..joked with my Mom & gave me all sorts of new ideas. Had a great visit at Menatds...thank you!!
I was very happy with it as a rule I don't care from Menards but I was very happy and I also found some swimming pools for my dogs which made me really happy
