I enjoy my shopping experience at Marion Kroger. The employees have great customer service skills and help me with a smile.
I've lived here for 17 years and for 17 years the facility and the prices have improved. I welcome the contest between Aldi's, Kroger's, and Walmart. Haven't been a business owner for many many years I know that competition helps everybody.
It is a big store and for myself it takes to long to shop quickly. On the other hand they had a good selection of fresh food.
Clean, friendly staff, nice Starbucks inside, carts large variety and price range. Go late or Early to beat the crowds. Store gets very busy some days.
Mr. Batson, the manager, really helped me and made my birthday very special this year. I went in and told him my birthday was the next day and I wanted to buy myself a cake. I did not believe anyone would be getting me a birthday cake. He helped me pick a cookie cake out and then even allowed me to go behind the counter and write "happy birthday Dylan" on the cake. As I was walking to the checkout another employee of Kroger walked up to me with a whole tub of ice cream!!! Said Mr. Batson would like me to have it compliments of Kroger for my birthday!!! I checked out and got cake and ice cream. I really appreciate Kroger help because I don't know if I would have got a cake for my birthday and definitely not ice cream. It really meant a lot to me.
