I send my girlfriend flowers randomly all the time. Mostly to her work. They are always helpful and if I all for a specific time for them to be delivered, they always get it perfect. I'll be going there again.
I've ordered twice from them this year so far. I had a special order made for my sister who loves dogs and I asked them to make the bouquet called sick as a dog. Both times they did an awesome job! My sister loved the flower arrangements and took pictures of the last one to show to her friends. I would recommend them to anyone needing a flower arrangement. Thanks so much for doing such a great job and putting a smile on my sisters face.
My daughter called from out-of-state and ordered flowers for her grandmother's funeral. She made a followup call the day of the funeral and was assured the flowers would be delivered. When they did not arrive we called the flower shop only to find out they had misplaced the order and it was not filled. The funeral was about to begin so there was nothing to be done. Those flowers were very special and it left a hole that can never be filled. I will never use this flower shop again, which is a shame as when I was growing up in Marion they were the best.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers and specifically stated that I wanted a purple arrangement. I told them that I want flowers such as mini roses, lilies, greenery, and wasn't to picky as long as it was within my price range and had purple. The lady that took my order over the phone double checked that they had purple before taking my order. I live out of state and had them delivered to my mother. When she sent me a picture of the flower arrangement it was ALL Daisy's and not one single purple flower. It was all Fake dyed flowers. I was beyond disappointed and thought I should warn before placing an order at a place like this. Very disappointed!
Went there for my dads funeral.Worst experience in my life. I did not get what I paid for what so ever. And then they were the rudest and uncaring people ever. Did not care anything about my fathers funeral. Flowers were wilted . the owner was the rudest of all. Worst customer service I have ever seen at any kind of business anywhere . made my already bad day 10x worse.
