Signed, a very unhappy customer.

Clean friendly helpful but not pushy and hey it's sears!

They have a great variety of things, and such nice formal wear! I love the coats they have here as well. But there are very few employees and sometimes there's a wait at the checkout for one to arrive.

I was absolutely livid earlier today at the store. My husband and I recently moved into our new apartment, and were going to Sears to review the prices and their mattresses. Admittedly, we are young, and maybe we misunderstood. My husband has severe back problems due to his job, so when we saw a mattress with a remote on it we were conflicted to try it out before dropping over 900 on the mattress. At first a sales associate walked past us, to which my husband tried to get her attention by saying "Hello". She proceeded to walk away, RETURN WITH A MANAGER, AND ASKED US TO "PLEASE NOT PLAY ON THE MATTRESSES". I am still livid! We are a 25 and 26 year old couple. I can assure you, we were not "playing" on your mattresses. All in all a disappointment, and would definitely look for better mattress prices at Sam's Club in Marion. Or maybe one of the Prime Time Rentals around town as well.

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!! I tried to EXCHANGE, not return, EXCHANGE some items we received as a gift this past week and was told I could not even exchange these items because it was past the 30 day return policy. Mind you, the 30 days was up TWO days ago!!!! So even though I didn't purchase these items and could not have returned them any sooner than now, I am now stuck with these items and the person that bought them just wasted $75 on stuff we cannot use! Most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. I work in customer service and DO NOT treat my customers the way I have been treated today!! I will NEVER shop at Sears again and I will tell everyone I know to quit shopping there as well!!! We will go to another company that appreciates our business and does whatever they can to accommodate us!!!

My husband and I just bought a new washer and dryer. It took 3 weeks to come in. That's ok. We picked them up and took them home. My husband was getting them in the house when he found the dryer didn't come with a plug. I thought that was funny and had to be a mistake. I called and was told NO it didn't come with a plug-in. WHAT? If I buy a blender does it come with a plug? I was told that a plug would be $30:00. I guess the young man who took my $950:00 didn't think to ask if I planned to plug it in. Later my husband found out the washer didn't come with a hose. The women on the phone didn't what to tell me that. I politely told her we wouldn't be back.
