I personally wouldn't go here. I have a friend who went there and had some extractions done. The dentist Julie Niles told them they had infection. So they had the extractions done then the jaw shaved. The dentist gave no antibiotics period. My friend ended up in the ER a week later due to the infection taking over. Needless to say since my friend had this very painful bad experience I think people should know what they can expect.
We are happy with our experiences with the Marion location. The ladies we have met are very sweet & Dr Cox is so awesome. He is kind & gentle with my teenager, explains everything to her & doesn’t rush. Unfortunately I spoke to a girl Alex from the call center today in regards to pulling 4 teeth for braces. I had a few questions as we were talking but her answers were short & rude. I allowed her tone but as it continued I let her know before we hung up how much it was a complete pleasure talking with her & I can not WAIT to meet her tomorrow. She then says she won’t be at that location tomorrow, rude again. Overall extremely happy with our care, highly recommend.
Ya real friendly. Work is horrible and very painful. Busted my lip in two places pulling one tooth. They hurry to get done so they can get in the next wallet that is waiting. My wife just had all her bottom teeth pulled. She sent home without antibiotics and an inch and a half of jaw bone exposed and gums looked like was run through a meat grinder. Leaving all that jaw bone exposed has insured her the most excruciating pain imaginable.
All the people who work in this office are truly amazing and care about you as an individual...not just money.
