I'm standing inside the marion walmart auto center now, and felt compelled to comment on the absolute lack of employees. There is only one older woman on register, about 8 customers waiting, grease monkeys wandering about, going in break. U would think walmart could afford to pay another employee to help out back here
Walmart's auto center is one of the best places to get your car checked. This is the only place our family trusts. There is also tons to do within the supercenter while you wait.
I waited 20 minutes at the counter just for someone to check me in, then another 2 hours for a basic oil change. Terrible service. Never again
If you're lucky/patient enough to get them to answer their phone, and you have 3 hours to wait to get your oil changed, then (and only then) might they be willing to assist you. Pitiful service.
